Halloween in Portland is a special time. Full of tricks and treats year-round, our city embraces the wild and wonderful when it comes to clothes, food, drinks, and music. The Halloween festivities in Bridge City are full of wonderful treats, parties, and decorations. In this OJ Blog, we’ll take you on a tour of our personal favorite Halloween treats and where you can find them.

1.       Moonstruck Chocolate
