There are several things that set our process apart: we require architects or designers to curate robust, thorough construction documents prior to beginning any work. Additionally, we require all subcontractors to perform a trade walk after we learn more about your project in order to generate quotes to us on which we build your contract price. This not only holds our subcontractors to a high standard of accuracy, it allows us to generate the most accurate estimates possible for you.
