Greg Olson
President/Owner

As the President and Owner of Olson & Jones Construction, Greg spends his time on general management duties. Greg started the business with Jeff Jones in 1982 and is a Certified Remodeler through the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI). His favorite part about the job is providing opportunities for construction professionals to pursue their career goals while serving our clients.

On sunny days Greg can be spotted on his silver Harley Davidson motorcycle commuting to and from work. He also loves family vacations and skiing.

Jeff Jones
Project Manager

Jeff partnered with Greg Olson to start Olson & Jones Construction and has worked here for 19 years. He is a certified Sustainable Building Advisor and Rapport Leadership International Master graduate. Jeff is passionate about creating a superior product for our clients in a collaborative environment.

In 1990, Jeff and his wife Gina embarked on a shared lifelong dream of traveling the world, including Australia, Europe, the Mediterranean, and Asia. These five years of travel offered exposure to various cultures and worldviews that impact the way in which he views the world, both personally and professionally.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with friends on his bike and watching his daughters grow up.

Sean Harris
Home Performance Manager

As Home Performance Manager, Sean contributes his project management experience to the Olson & Jones Home Performance team. His professional responsibilities include daily operations management, direction of the home performance division, project planning, and resource coordination. Sean is a BPI Certified Building Analyst.

Sean has lived and worked in Portland, Oregon for over 10 years and is passionate about helping homeowners transform their homes. He loves his wife, playing tennis, and riding motorcycles.

Frank Rossi
Project Manager

As Project Manager, Frank oversees the successful completion of home remodel and new home construction projects. He possesses a B.A. in Architectural Drafting and an A.A. in Project Management. Frank is proud of the core values that make Olson & Jones feel like family. It is these same values, he says, that make clients happy to choose us to make their home visions a reality.

In his spare time, Frank enjoys the outdoors and volunteering for various causes.


Benjamin Washam
Building Analyst/Web Communications Coordinator

Benjamin is a Jack-of-all-trades. He performs Home Energy Audits, supervises onsite Home Performance work, assists with carpentry, manages our social media, writes our monthly newsletter and assists with marketing projects. He possesses a B.A. in Communications, a Certificate in Building Construction Technology, and is a BPI Certified Building Analyst.

Benjamin is a musician and photographer, and loves learning how things work. He can be found on weekends with his wife Sarah backpacking all over the Northwest.


Gwen Rhodes
Office Manager

As Office Manager, Gwen takes care of the day-to-day operations of Olson & Jones including bookkeeping, compliance, and other administrative duties. Gwen has worked for Olson & Jones since 1995. Her favorite part about working for Olson & Jones is being a part of a team.

Gwen is married with three college-aged children and enjoys playing soccer, skiing, hiking, and anything artsy-craftsy.
